I am a member of Deviantart. Some people may know me. I'm also a very annoyed member that's tired of having to deal with losing friends, members of DA, because of spammers and trolls. DeviantArt needs to actually step up and help us fight these spammers! How?

1. they can give us the right to ban spammers. Everytime someone is banned for a certain thing, a message can be sent to the higher ups of DA and they can later check it out, decide if they should be banend or not and if they think they shouldn't, they can undo the ban, sending a note to the user.

2. they can keep reports of email address. If they show a history of being banned, they cannot join.
